Rosehill Guest House
The Rosehill Guest house is located in a peaceful location overlooking the village of Betws y Coed in North Wales and is ideally situated for exploring the Conwy Valley and Snowdonia National Park. We offer bed and breakfast accommodation within easy reach of the village centre and enjoy panoramic views of the Conwy and Llugwy valleys.
All our rooms are fully en-suite and include flat screen tv's and DVD's. We also provide free wireless (wi-fi) internet access, tea and coffee making facilities, private parking, secure cycle storage, drying facilties for walkers, and packed lunches can be made to order.

Rosehill has 5 bedrooms, which includes 2 family rooms, 2 double rooms, and 1 large single room with a double bed. One of the family rooms has a full size bunk bed suitable for adults with the other family room having an additional single bed.
Guests have full use of our breakfast room and guest lounge. Breakfast consists of a choice of fruit, juice, and cereals, a full English breakfast, or scrambled eggs and smoked salmon.
The owners are keen walkers and have extensive local knowledge of the area and can provide maps and advice on request.
Betws y Coed is a 10 minute walk from the Rosehill and the village has plenty of places to eat and shop. The village has a number of beautiful woodland walks as well as some terrific attractions such as Swallow Falls, and the Conwy Valley Miniature Railway.
Directions to Rosehill Guest House
Finding the Rosehill Guest House is very easy as we are located about quarter of a mile from Waterloo Bridge and just off the A470.
Travelling from the north pass through the town of Llanrwst heading southwards for approximately three miles. You'll see a sign on the left of the road for Rosehill.
Travelling from the south on the A470 go past the Betws y Coed turn off across Waterloo Bridge and continue heading north. We are about a quarter of a mile further north with a turning on the right.
Betws y Coed train station is about 10 minutes walk away from Rosehill.
